A good and cheap place to stay. This establishment has Common bathrooms and toilets. The fan room is warm since the window opens toward the hall. The problem I encountered is that I don't have a key in my own room.

Didn't really expected a nice room for a cheap price. Surprisingly, the room was really nice and clean. However, they don't have a table and chair inside whenever you need to eat. But the staffs are accommodating and friendly. The foods on their restaurant are also cheap. Moreover, their location is near to shopping centers and restaurants (Robinson was just a walk away). They also offer shuttle service at a reasonable price.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Everything inside their room was dirty. Feels like the linens wasn't changed at all. There's even a dead cockroach at our bathroom floor. The AC was too nosy. This pension house needs an upgrade. The …

The room is clean enough for it's price. But regardless of the price, they should consider there is no foul smell specifically in the toilet. It smells like someone just finished smoking inside. We do not smoke so that kind of smell is really unpleasant for us. The air conditioning is very poor. The room isn't cold enough even though it's already on max level. They don't have their own parking space. You can park beside their hotel at night but you have to remove your car in the morning once the stablishment beside them opens. The staff are just neutral. You will not feel special but you will not feel unwelcome as well. No smile on their faces.

We stay here with my friends and thier 2kids for one night so post to be for 4 nights but we transfer to other hotel. The room is big but you can smell the cigarette and the towel and bedsheet are not clean. The CR has a foul smell like from the drainage and worst is there's a lot of bedbugs. Although this place is located in the center of the city but not be recommended.

Pros: The room is cheap and very accessible and walking distance to some malls within the city. Friendly staffs and strong WIFI connection. Cons: Paid for executive suite but was given a twin room with no windows. No tables nor chairs inside the room to be used when u bring takeout food inside. There were cockroaches inside the bathroom when I first tried to take a shower. Can't have a decent sleep , I can hear the staff in the hallways talking loudly and with their super loud walkie talkies. Lastly, the sheets have stains, as seen in the pictures.

Staying there for 7days and thier kitchen staff had some attitude when taking orders and some of thier front desk rep dont know what to do also thier towels are really dirty and up for dispossal but they still give it to thier guest to use it and for reservation they will booked you in a different said room in the booking that they send and one of their house keeping touches our things inside without us knowing and it is nlt safe beacause of undeclare guest coming in and oyt of the building im overall disappointed with thier service
